Instructions for Water Aerobics Workouts
Water
aerobics workouts
are fun to do, and can be
a great source of
exercise, but once you have changed into your bathing suit what do you
do next? Before you take the plunge, and to ensure that you get the
maximum benefits from your endeavors, you may need
instructions
for water aerobics.
Perhaps you are lucky and have a local gym, health
club, YMCA or YWCA, that not only has a swimming pool, but a water aerobics
instructor to go with it. And if you are really fortunate,
free water aerobic exercise instructions, or at
least inexpensive classes, may be available.
A group
water aerobics class or individual
instructions can teach you how to safely do deep
water and shallow water aerobic movements. However, unless a doctor has
instructed you otherwise...
...don't feel you absolutely need formal
instructions for water aerobics. You may easily learn basic to advanced
aerobic
routines on your own.

Yes, doing any kind of
exercise can be more motivating when doing it with other
people. But...
...if your schedule
doesn't permit you to do so, or if you like to exercise at your own
pace, you may benefit from the different water aerobics exercises found
in books, on DVDs, or videos.
I prefer books as instructions for water
aerobics. They can travel with me anywhere and are great for
quick reference.
